Conversion of an existing office building into a contemporary hostel and club. Given the current pandemic sweeping the globe and the uncertain outlook for the tourist industry, the designs revolves around resilient materials, reconfigurable furniture that can take constand clensing and hygenization processes, and a layout that can be adapted to shifting occupation numbers and movement patterns around the building.
